How do I access the sessions?

You should have received a confirmation email with detailed instructions directing you to the virtual platform login area.

Alternatively, you can access any of the sessions by logging in and clicking “Schedule” in the top menu bar. From there, select the conference day you would like to view, click your desired title and then press the “Watch Session” button. You will be able to access the session 5 minutes prior to its start time.

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of live summit sessions?

Registrants will have access to all summit sessions 3-5 business days after the conference concludes. Accessing them will be the same as logging in for live programs on the virtual platform, but you can view them at your convenience.

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers, first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.

If your speakers are working properly, refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

How can I get real-time technical support during the live event (October 26-27, 2026)?

You can connect with the DONA Zoom Doula, Brooke. If you’ve attended other live meetings in the past few years with DONA International, you may have met Brooke. She is happy to assist if you’re having login issues or other technical issues. Note that Brooke doesn’t handle content questions or those related to contact hours, she’s here to help everyone get connected! She can be reached via text message in real-time at 502-592-1995. How many continuing education contact hours can I earn at the summit?

The 2026 summit will offer over 20 continuing education credits. Attendees must watch the full session and answer the three post-test questions after the conclusion of the session to receive credit. At the end of the summit, a transcript with the total number of sessions attended will be available here. Note that registrants will only receive contact hours for the sessions they attend and it’s tracked individually through your DONA login.

How do I receive a certificate for each session?

Fill out the evaluation form at the conclusion of each session to download your certificate. Please Note: You must watch the entire session and complete the associated evaluation form to claim a certificate. If you leave a session early, you are not eligible to claim one.

Can I attend the DONA Member meeting without registering for the summit?

Yes! The DONA Member meeting happens annually and is free to all members. Each person who attends the member meeting will be awarded 1 free contact hour for DONA International recertification. For meeting-only registration, please visit
