Join DONA International Membership Director and other DONA Leaders for 3 hours of virtual continuing education. Member seminars are designed to bring quality continuing education to doulas everywhere and are priced at just $25 for Members.

Sasha Solacito

Sasha is a newborn care specialist, postpartum doula, and perinatal yoga teacher . She has supported more than 50 families, offering expert overnight newborn care, postpartum support, and holistic wellness guidance.

Certified by DONA International and Cornerstone Birthwork, Sasha specializes in evidence-based newborn care while integrating traditional wisdom from her apprenticeship with a midwife in Mexico. Her background in early childhood education and Montessori philosophy shapes her gentle, responsive approach to infant care and parental guidance.

As a perinatal yoga teacher, she helps new parents regain strength, ease tension, and cultivate mindfulness during the postpartum transition. With a calm and compassionate presence, Sasha empowers families to navigate newborn sleep, feeding, and recovery with confidence.
