Diane Burkholder, (she/her) is a Half Midwesternen / half Californian, Black mixed-race, queer equity consultant and community organizer, currently based in Long Beach, CA. Diane is the founder of The DB Approach, providing anti-oppression and social justice facilitation, coaching, and trainings for NPOs, healthcare institutions, universities, and arts organizations.
