Kate Kalas, CD(DONA), is a DONA-certified birth doula, Reiki master, and energy healing practitioner. Having given birth three times as a highly sensitive person and now raising three highly sensitive children, Kate is passionate about educating other highly sensitive people on how to navigate birth and parenthood without overwhelm.

Kate and Lucrezia are copresenting as co-founders of Lumaka Learning, LLC and the Energy Literacy School. Together they are working to equip and empower others with essential self-knowledge for living less stressful, more fulfilling lives.
